By publishing the terms for use of the apartment on the Zeleni raj website, it is considered that the customer is familiar and agrees with them, and undertakes to comply with the rules set out in the terms for use when using the apartment.
The rental price includes:
- Cleaning before your arrival and after your stay in the apartment
- The use of all belongings (dishes, bedclothes, towels) in the apartment and outside (baking lid, barbecue, bread oven)
- All overheads of the apartment
- Parking
Payment
- Upon arrival at the apartment it is necessary to fully pay the remaining amount. All other payments are made exclusively in cash, credit cards and other payment methods are not accepted.
House rules
- Accommodation is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure, if not otherwise arranged with the host.
- Upon your arrival you will be welcomed by the host and given the keys to the apartment in order to take a look at the apartment together. Before your departure, you will hand over the keys to your host and jointly inspect the apartment.
- Guests shall take care of their belongings and valuables left in the apartments and the host shall not be responsible for the possible loss thereof.
- Guests shall be responsible for their behaviour in the house and its surroundings, and in case of accident bear consequences. Please do not destroy any of the belongings in the apartment during your stay and respect the house rules.
- During the inspection of the apartment, please indicate to the host possible irregularities, if any, to avoid subsequent misunderstandings.
- In case of disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, belongings of the apartment, the guest shall notify the host. If the disappearance or damage has occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest shall compensate the corresponding equivalent value.
- It is forbidden to take appliances and belongings from the apartment (towels, blankets, etc.).
- Guests shall leave the accommodation as they have found it - clean, tidy and undamaged.
- Guests shall lock the front door of the apartment when they are inside, and when they go out they shall lock the doors and windows, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, stove, etc.) and turn off the water.
- The host has the right to enter the apartment in the absence of guests in particular circumstances to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger.
- Smoking is allowed only in places provided for it.
- All terms of use of the apartment, apart from the person who made the reservation, shall also apply to all persons who use the apartment.
- It is not allowed to bring weapons, explosive and easily flammable materials into the apartment.
- Vacation home Zeleni raj distances itself from ties and responsibilities regarding any illegal actions committed by guests using the accommodation or people accompanying them during their stay in the apartment.
- The use of equipment and devices that do not belong to the apartment may be used only with the consent of the host.
- Bringing animals is permitted only with the consent of the host.
- Lost key shall be charged 200 HRK.
- All persons who confirm the rent of the apartment thus confirm and accept all terms of use of the apartment and the obligations that derive from them.
A mandatory law - General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR) requires every guest have to present valid government ID upon checkin, persons other than registered guests are restricted from the apartment.
As of 25.05.2018. we are obliged to inform you that when placing a reservation and at checkin into your place of accommodation you agree to present your personal identification
documents, i.e. submit your personal data. Personal data required:
- first and last name,
- type and number of your personal identification document,
- gender,
- state and
- address of residence, with date of birth and citizenship.
Data is collected only for evidence of tourists in the Information System of Tourist Boards of the Republic of Croatia – eVisitor (Law on sojourn tax, National Gazette 152/08).
The personal data is collected for statistic processing and is used by the Tourist boards, public authorities and Ministries relating to this procedure. List of departments we have
to provide your personal data to: Ministry of tourism and Tourist inspection, Ministry of internal affairs and Ministry of finances – Customs authorities.
Each unauthorized usage, publication, change, processing, reproduction, distribution, recording or assignment or any other form of unauthorized usage of such personal data is
strictly prohibited.
If you can not or do not want to provide us your information for any reason, we are not authorized to provide you accommodation service.
